At CFWD we work with Optimize Me Nutrition to help deliver the best and simplest group nutrition challenge available.





The lazy Macros challenge focuses on eating unrepresented foods in most diets : fruits, veggies and protein.

But you can still eat all the other foods you want. No Foods are eliminated.

It combines the #800gChallenge® (800 grams (by weight) of fruits and/or vegetables), and then a healthy amount of protein per day

So why 800g? It’s associated with increased health and is a simplified way to hit those recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. Read more here.

It’s “lazy” because you aren’t weighing and measuring everything you eat, yet you’re using daily standards to control quantity

Our Winter Challenge begins on Monday the 13th of January and ends on Sunday the 9th of February.

You must sign up before Sunday the 11th of January as your name will need to be added to the Sugarwod track for day 1 of the challenge.


We will be talking through the challenge and all things wellness at our Wellness Talk on Saturday the 4th of January from 11.3o am – 1.30pm at the gym.


We will be using SugarWOD to log scores, leaderboard, and fist bump throughout the challenge. More info on scoring and logging can be found here.


Prizes will be given to the member with the most points on sugarwod at the end of the challenge.
