So, what is The 21/7 Habits Challenge?
Each day there are 7 Healthy Habits we would like you to try and implement into your day for these 21 days. It is not essential to hit every habit, every day. We would like you to find what works you and see if you can maintain them across the 21 days, with the possibility that you maintain some of these following the Challenge.
The 21 Days that lay ahead of you, may be called a Challenge but it can also be looked at as an, opportunity to walk a new path, try new things and see if you feel and different and learn a little along the way, while having a little fun too!!
For each habit you successfully complete you will get 5 points. You log these points on your Sugarwod app, while also seeing how the competition is doing. Here you can also log your notes on each one. The Full 5 Points are for if you achieve the targets you set yourself, following the call in the 12th July.

6 – Journaling
7 – Sleep
