September is coming and we hope you are all excited to get back into your healthy routines and get back to the gym.
There are lots of awesome events to celebrate the end of Summer !!!!
Saturday September 7th
Celebrate the end of Summer and the Start of the CrossFit Open Season with all your CFWD training Buddies.
09.30 am – Team workout – Please sign up via wodify so we can organise numbers and what to cook.
10.30 am – Breakfast Club – What is breakfast club ? Breakfast club is awesome and a great way to meet new members. On the first Saturday of every month. One of our members or coaches volunteers to cook breakfast for everyone. It is a chilled morning filled with good food and great people. All you have to do is show up and donate €5.00 to the chef on duty.
Monday September 9th – The start of the 800 gram Challenge

This is an amazing Challenge and a great way to ease yourself back into good habits after the Summer. It is also a great way to begin your Nutrition Journey.
